This is stone country – when I walk across this country there are lots of rocks and little stones. In the wet seasons the rivers are filled with coloured stones. This image also refers to a corroboree story given to the artist by her father which describes the boundaries of the stony Miriwoong country as well as a representation of her traditional country at Woorroo Woorrem east of Kununurra in the Kimberley region.
