Yirrangarn Warla

This painting depicts Yirrangarn (lake) south east of the community of Parnngurr.  It is situated between well 24 and 25 on the Canning Stock Route.  There is Kutju Jurnu (one rockhole) here called Karrukajarra.  The artist has extensive knowledge of all of this country as she lived and travelled all around with her family during the Pujiman (bush days).  This is her Ngurra (home) country
