This painting is from my mother country in the middle is a swamp named ngartajuwal.  It's named after my mother.  Around the swamp is all jiliji it is living water.  There are two jilji surrounding the waterhole the white represents kartijita (white grass) the beads the people wear around their neck.  The waterhole is not far from jalyirr it's in the middle.
